Chicken Breast with Bacon

If you think pork is too fat, try this recipe because you can eat only chicken, but with pork taste. You will love it and you’ll make it quite often because the taste is amazing . Try it and let me know it if I’m right .

 

INGREDIENTS : (for 2 portions)

  • A pan that can be put in oven
  • 1 chicken breast –cut in 2
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes or sweet paprika (depends on your taste )
  • 1/2 spoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 3-4 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 spoon olive oil for greasing the breast chicken + 3 spoons for frying
  • ½ butter cub

INSTRUCTIONS:

Heat the oven at 200 degrees. Put the spices in a bowl and mix it with olive oil then put the chicken and grease with spices. In a pan we put  oil and butter.

When they are hot ,add garlic and after a minute add chicken. Fry the chicken 3-4 min and add cherries tomatoes and let it cook for another 2 min.

Cover the chicken with bacon and add in oven for 15min. You can eat it with a green salad.
