I love this recipe because it’s fast and furious (I’m kidding ) and delicious. If you have guests , but they just announced , you know what you have to do. Just start baking these peanut butter cookies. You will thank me later!
INGREDIENTS (for 20 cookies):
- 400 g peanut butter
- 150 g de sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 little spoons baking powder
- 2 little spoons vanilla extract
- salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
You mix the peanut butter with sugar and then add the eggs, the baking powder , vanilla extract and salt and mix a little bit more .
Take a deep spoon and put in the tray one piece and then put another until the fill the tray . Let some space between the cookie. Add the cookies in the oven at 180 celsius degrees for 15 min.
Now you are ready to eat!
