Chicken in the Oven on a Beer Dose

On Sundays or when we have guest we want to eat something good, but fast in the same time. I know that you think that chicken in oven might take a while, but the beer dose will hurry the cooking and you won’t starve for a long time. Aluminium will heat and the beer will boil faster and the chicken will be cooked from inside and outside in the same time.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 chickens grill
  • 1 doses of lager beer
  • 10 g butter – room temperature
  • 1 little spoons of herbs or fresh thyme
  • 2 little spoons of extravirgin olive oil
  • 1 little spoon of paprika
  • 1 little spoons of freshly ground pepper
  • 1 little spoons –rough salt

INSTRUCTIONS:

Start the oven at 200 degrees . Pour in the tray about 1/3 from beer .Mix the butter with herbs and try to put the mixture under the chicken skin .

Mix the olive oil with paprika, salt and pepper and moist the chicken with the blending . You put the beer dose ( cut the top of it)  in the back of the chicken and the chicken will stay straight .

Let it in the oven for 45 min and enjoy it !
