Kohlrabi with Sour Cream and Marjoram

This recipe is quite simple and fast. I chose this one because I love kohlrabi and I tried to make a recipe that will put in the spot light the good taste of kohlrabi . Beside the fact that the taste is amazing, it has many properties like preventing cancer, the blood sugar is adjusted and your bones and teeth will be stronger and unbreakable. So you should go to the market and buy a few kohlrabi because I’m sure that you will like to try.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 kohlrabi
  • 300 ml sour cream
  • fresh or dry marjoram
  • a few leaves of parsley
  • salt
  • freshly ground pepper
  • chili flakes (optional)
  • oil for frying
  • paprika for décor

INSTRUCTIONS:

Chop the kale in cubes and cook them in oil for 10 min in a medium fire. In a ball put chopped marjoram , chopped parsley and chili and add the sour cream and mix the whole thing.

Add the fried cubes of kale in the mixture and the put it in the oven for 15 min. This is it !
