Outside is so warm and beautiful and we don’t want to stay for a long time in the kitchen ,but we can’t starve as well so we have to pick something fast, like humus, because we don’t eat junk food, right?
INGREDIENTS:
- can of chickpeas -300 g
- 2-3 spoons of tahini (sesame paste )
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Juice from one lemon
- 2 little spoons of ground caraway
- 2 little spoons of paprika
- Sea salt
- 250 ml extravirgin olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
Now, all you have to do is.. put everything in a blender and blend until it looks like a paste . Now you have humus !
