Humus

Outside is so warm and beautiful and we don’t want to stay for a long time in the kitchen ,but we can’t  starve as well so we have to pick something fast, like humus, because we don’t eat junk food, right?

INGREDIENTS:

  • can of chickpeas -300 g
  • 2-3 spoons of tahini (sesame paste )
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Juice from one lemon
  • 2 little spoons of ground caraway
  • 2 little spoons of paprika
  • Sea salt
  • 250 ml extravirgin olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS:

Now, all you have to do is.. put everything in a blender and blend until it looks like a paste . Now you have humus !

Humus
