Being on a diet is hard, but when you eat tasteful cookies like this, diet starts to be your friend. Of course, you can eat it from time to time, but you’ll not get fat like eating chocolate or ice cream.
INGREDIENTS :
- 300 g grated carrot
- 4 eggs
- 250 g yogurt
- 120 g butter
- 4 teaspoons green sugar
- 1 spoon baking powder
- Little lemon peel
- Pinch of salt
- 400 g flour
INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix the eggs with a little green sugar and salt. Add soft butter , yogurt and lemon peel .Blend all the ingredients. Add grated carrot , flour and baking powder .
Pour the mixture into a form greased with butter and powdered with flour. Add the cookie in the oven (preheated at 180 degrees) for 30 min.
When baked remove from pan and ad a little green sugar powder.
